What They Needed
Jazan University required extensive coordination and organization for an international program focused on American culture and cross-cultural communication. The project involved managing frequent changes in logistics, such as fluctuating arrival dates due to visa restrictions, and ensuring that all aspects of the program were culturally sensitive and well-organized. This included planning transportation and site visits while accommodating uncertainties and frequent adjustments.

What We Offered
7C Lingo, in partnership with MSU VIPP Department, provided comprehensive support for the development and execution of the international program. Our offerings included:

Program Development: Working with both MSU and Jazan to develop a series of seminars to give the students a look into America and touch on various subjects relating to business and cultural development
Site Visits Coordination: Organizing informational visits to various key locations, including Lansing/Detroit, Washington D.C., Chicago, and New York City, to complement the seminar courses.

Complications
The most pressing issue was managing the culture shock and facilitating the cultural exchange of these students upon arriving in America. 7C Lingo worked tirelessly to ensure that all cultural norms were respected and that a deep sense of empathy was fostered between all participants.
