“Knorr is a German food and beverage brand. It has been owned by the Anglo-Dutch company Unilever since 2000, when Unilever acquired Best Foods, excluding Japan, where it is made under license by Ajinomoto. It produces dehydrated soup and meal mixes, bouillon cubes and condiments.”
Our team had to find and screen participants to participate in the focus groups. We also had to coordinate with executives from Knorr, our participants, and the consulting company that we were working with. We had to make sure that all of our team members were able to facilitate a productive conversation and discussion for this new product.
Knorr was looking for consultation from 7C Lingo for selling a halal bouillon cube in comparison to a similar product by a leading competitor. 7C Lingo was able to organize a focus group to consult and interview. We were able to work up a great report by the end of this project that helped shape the product for future users.
How did 7C Help
Our team found and screened participants that use Knorr’s products and that of their competitors. Knorr wanted the participants to be from a particular region, so we networked and marketed in the specific region. We interviewed and selected these participants for the focus group that was led by a market research company.
